To see our children raised in the knowledge and love of our Lord
Permit the children to come to Me; do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. (Mark 10:14)

To do life together and grow in fellowship beyond Sunday morning.
So, being affectionately desirous of you, we were ready to share with you not only the gospel of God, but also our own selves, because you had become very dear to us. (1 Thessalonians 2:8) (ESV)
The Fellowship Division of Seoul International Baptist Church exists to encourage our church to share life together in order that we might love our neighbor as ourselves. Our primary means of achieving this is by encouraging members to connect in small groups that we call Gospel Communities. In this way we are able to outsource pastoral care more effectively and build deeper, more loving relationships with one another. To this end we are able to have a variety of options for Gospel Communities as needs arise, including men’s groups, women’s groups, married couple groups, newcomers groups, new believer groups, or even skeptics groups, among others. In addition to Gospel Communities, we also organize events throughout the year including picnics, prayer breakfasts, and other seasonal events.
If you desire to see our church connect more readily and effectively and would like to serve in this area, we would be delighted to hear from you. For inquiries about leading or joining a Gospel Community of any kind, or if you would like to help us plan or learn about upcoming events at SIBC, feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our vision at SIBC is to steward our monies in a way that brings glory to God and displays accountability, accuracy, and wisdom with man. We believe in “rendering unto Cesar the things that are Cesar’s and unto God the things that are God’s.” We intend to have a good reputation with both those who give their money and to those whom we give it to, exercising the godly discretion necessary to steward our body of believer’s money.
Our mission in our finances is to steward the monies of our church body so as to provide adequate support for our ministries, pastors, and church functions in a way that shows God to be our ultimate Treasure.
To train our church in practicing hospitality and evangelism in order to love our neighbor as ourselves.
For though I am free from all, I have made myself a servant to all, that I might win more of them. To the Jews I became as a Jew, in order to win Jews. To those under the law I became as one under the law (though not being myself under the law) that I might win those under the law. To those outside the law I became as one outside the law (not being outside the law of God but under the law of Christ) that I might win those outside the law. To the weak I became weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all people, that by all means I might save some. I do it all for the sake of the gospel, that I may share with them in its blessings. (1 Corinthians 9:19-23)
The Outreach Division of Seoul International Baptist Church exists to train its members to serve and share their faith in the most effective and contextually relevant way (especially in the local context). In addition to this, we have ministries such as our webpage which serve as “front doors” into connecting with the community. We also have active ministries such our Usher and Guest Lounge team who welcome newcomers on Sunday; not to mention our small groups, and also Pure Desire, an ongoing ministry which reaches out to people who struggle with sexual sin. The Outreach Division is therefore comprised of a diverse group of people. If you would like to learn how to share your faith; are gifted in website development; enjoy meeting new people; or have a desire to see people break free from their bondage to sin, we would love to hear from you. For inquiries concerning Pure Desire, email this address.

To lead and teach our church to worship Jesus in every aspect of life.
And one of the scribes came up and heard them disputing with one another, and seeing that he answered them well, asked him, “Which commandment is the most important of all?” Jesus answered, “The most important is, ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ (Mark 12:28-30) (ESV)
The Praise Division at Seoul International Baptist Church exists to lead our church in the worship of God, our Creator as revealed in the person and work of Jesus Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spirit, especially in the context of Sunday services through the medium of music. It is our prayer however, that our ministry impact would not simply be limited to Sundays, but that by God’s grace we might energize our people to live worshipful lives throughout the week in accordance with the Gospel that we joyfully proclaim.
Our team is comprised of musicians, vocalists, sound engineers, and multimedia support. If you have a passion and gift in these areas, we would love to hear from you. If you would like to serve in one of these areas, please contact the email below.
Praise Ministry Leader:
Serving each other that we might become strong and mature women of faith that He may be glorified.
The Spirit of the Lord God is upon us to: Bring good news to the afflicted, bind up the brokenhearted, proclaim liberty to captives, comfort all who morn, to grant the oil of gladness…so that they will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified. (Isaiah 61:1-3)
The women’s ministry at SIBC is a diverse spread of programs and events. Some of these areas are Meals Ministry, Support/Accountability, Discipleship and Mentoring, Bible studies, and Shower Celebrations. If you’re interested in helping out, or have an idea for a new program, please email the ministry leader and she will help you get it set up, or plug you in.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God. (Philippians 4:6)
To offer up prayers and petitions to the Lord for those within the body of believers and the community so that God will answer them according to His will.
